Dash Living announced its first co-living project in Tokyo - Japan & Sydney - Australia this year. While continuing its expansion plan in Asia Pacific, it has been consistently achieving an overall occupancy rate of over 90% in the past 18 months.
In August 2021, Dash Living announced a pilot project in collaboration with 20 hotels across Asia, adding over 250 rooms to it's portfolio. This pilot project enables hotels to carve out a portion of their inventory for serving it’s long stay customers. The allotted hotel rooms will then be available for booking via Dash Living's website.

This project started with properties from regional hospitality names such as luxury designer hotel group, Ovolo. It now encompasses a growing portfolio of 20 hotels located in Hong Kong & Singapore. Newly added hotel names include brands such as Hotel ICON, Travelodge Central, TUVE, & Xi Hotel in Hong Kong; as well as KēSa House, Wanderlust & The Unlimited Collection by Oakwood in Singapore. The newly added units offer a variety of accommodation types, from studios, one bedroom suites to family apartments.

Through these pilot projects, Dash Living will be able to offer a wider choice of new generation rental solutions in Asia for hotels to alleviate occupancy & identify new options during the post-pandemic scene.
