Beast & Butterflies understands breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In order to make it delicious, diners can enjoy continental, American or a local selection that will leave you ready to tackle your busy day.

Brunch is becoming a staple in the daily Singapore lifestyle today, allowing for a late morning sleep-in especially during weekends. Indulge in the spacious & relaxed atmosphere that exudes a definitive laid-back charm & savour delights such as the Molten Chocolate Cake made with 70% Valrhona Guanaja & a mini Magnum or the Avocado & Kale Bowl that comprises avocado, kale, baby spinach, almond milk & honey topped with raspberries, banana, kiwi & chia seeds.

Diners are also in for a treat as Beast & Butterflies at M Social Singapore takes culinary to the next level with a newly created menu. My approach is one that is open & receptive, instead of just a “style”. It has helped me craft a menu of borderless or “food for all” cuisine that fits with the unrestrictive concept of Beast & Butterflies & its millennial-minded, globe-trotting guests. We are presenting a refreshed concept, which is multi-racial & cross-cultural, says Executive Chef Bryce Li. Delectable and Instagram-worthy new dishes include the Charcoal Grilled Maine Lobster and Thai Milk Tea Pudding.

Social barflies can also quench their thirst with an array of artisanal cocktails or choose from a curated wine list as they enjoy fresh air and cool breeze in a cosy setting while sipping a cold tipple or two under the stars. My cocktails reflect the diversity of styles having worked throughout Europe, Middle East & Asia. To me, the cocktails that I make are not just a drink, it is an expression that is made by combining different ingredients to fashion that special flavour that will create a lasting experience for my guests, said resident mixologist Vladyslav Yesepiv.
